Energy Supply

• Supplying Energy to our residential and business customers is central to Hilson Energy. We have strong brands, and our customers are supported by dedicated and caring teams.
• We will grow our Energy Supply business by improving customer service, developing the right offers to retain and win customers, and improving efficiency across all our businesses.

Energy Services

• We have a distinctive and leading Services capability through our team of engineers and technicians on the ground in all our geographies.
• We will grow Services through developing new products to meet our customers’ changing needs.

Distributed Energy and Power

• Distributed Energy is an important area for growth. Hilson Energy has the energy expertise to deliver what our commercial and industrial customers need, including energy efficiency, flexible generation, energy management systems, and integrating future technology offerings such as battery storage.
• We will maintain a more focused Central Power Generation business and combine its capabilities to create a new Distributed Energy and Power team.

Large-Scale, Integrated Network of Diversified Assets in Strategic Locations

We operate an integrated network of natural gas, NGL, crude oil and refined products midstream infrastructure. Our operations include pipelines, natural gas processing, liquid and gas storage, NGL fractionation, import and export terminals, and marine transportation assets. Our integrated network of assets is strategically located to serve the major domestic supply basins and product storage hubs as well as international markets. We believe that our presence in these markets provides us access to natural gas, crude oil, NGL, petrochemical and refined products volumes, anticipated demand growth and business expansion opportunities.

Fee-Based Businesses and Diversified Asset Mix

The majority of our cash flow is derived from fee-based businesses that are less susceptible to volatility in energy commodity prices. We have a diversified asset portfolio that provides operating income from a broad range.
